Working with me starts with listening. I visit your home and land and hear about life there. What is missing? How do you feel when you arrive home? How do you want to feel? Do you have an idea brewing, a vision swirling, a challenge causing stress? How can your landscape support your life? How can you support the lives of the creatures you share your spot of earth with? How can you work with the forces that shape it?

Whether you're beginning a full landscape architecture process or seeking a focused visioning session, we start with a two-hour consultation. You'll leave with aerial images, contractor referrals, and access to my experience in grading, drainage, soil, habitat creation, ecological gardening, and horticulture. My favorite part of this meeting is understanding what your site is asking for and how that can fulfill your wants and needs.

Our consult will end with a clear next step. A few options are outlined below.
